How do I retrieve the Presbytery meeting packet?

Step 1: Login to the web site.  Go to the bottom of any page, and use the "username" and "password" fields to enter your account information, and then click the "Log in" button.

If you don't remember your login information, click the "Forgot Password?" link to retrive your information.  The web site uses your email address to find your record.

After you login, you will see an additional menu item in the top menu, "Presbytery Meeting."  Click on this item to go to the Presbytery Meeting page.  (When you hover your mouse over this item, you will also see a drop-down menu item for Meeting Minutes.  Don't click on it at this time.  You can use it later to retrieve Presbytery Meeting minutes.)

When you click on "Presbytery Meeting," you will then see the page for the call to the next Presbytery meeting.

Scroll down this page to where you see the Presbytery Meeting packet information.  Click on "CLICK HERE TO VIEW AND/OR DOWNLOAD ALL DOCUMENTS" to retrieve the meeting packet.

You can also click on individual meeting documents.  Below this section, you will see a table of supplemental packet materials, if any, which you can also download as desired.
